We understand that you would like to return the purchased item. Our goal is to make this process as seamless for you as possible! 

If you wish to return the product for a refund review, please ensure that the postmark date on your returned item is within 30 days after purchase. Refunds will not be processed for items sent with a postmark date after the 30-day period.

An error made by Holistic Bliss, LLC. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Each request for a refund due to an error made by Holistic Bliss, LLC., will be reviewed. Please fill out the contact form below and we will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Return Policies and Conditions

o Please be sure that the information on your return matches the information on your original order. Please provide us with any information needed to correctly identify your purchase and identify your returned item upon receipt of it. 

o Purchases made by credit/debit card or via PayPal will be refunded back to that account. Purchases made by check or money order will have a refund check issued within 30 days of your order invoice date and pending processing. 

o Returned items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will only be granted for the unused portion of the product. 

o At this time, we are not accepting requests for a return and product replacement. If approved, your initial item will be refunded, and you are welcomed to purchase a replacement item. 

o For shipped product, the tamper seal must be unbroken on salves, massage oils, bath scrubs, and tinctures. If the seal has been broken, your refund will not be processed. 

o Holistic Bliss, LLC., is not responsible for damage / loss that occurs due to shipment to an address other than the original address.
